Trade shows and exhibitions

We would be delighted to welcome you to our consultancy centre, with its exhibition and presentation spaces. Here, we can sit together at leisure, look at the whole variety of Eternit products and systems, and choose just the combination to complement your premises. To make the most of the consultation, please bring the most detailed guidelines possible, such as photographs, designs or sketches. You can make an appointment by telephoning on 055 617 11 11. These facilities are open from Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 12 noon and 1.30pm to 5pm.

Work shop (approx. 300 m2 )

The work shop has four functions:

High cupboards with daylight lamps make it possible to hold a full discussion about the colour scheme options. Clearly-arranged sample walls showing every variant of colour and panel makes the selection process simple.

Up-to-the-minute communication methods mean that customers and members of staff can find out everything about the proper application of fibre cement products, and about innovations in products and systems.

The constructional details of façades and roofing solutions can be seen 1:1 in the permanent exhibition. The spectrum of solutions on display ranges from the traditional standard solutions to the most up-to-date special information relating to façade and roof construction. Visitors to the studio will be presented with an overall cross-section of constructional options in the area of back-ventilated roof and façade constructions, and this will also supply the impetus for object-specific detailed solutions.

Commissions, associations, institutions etc. also take the opportunity to hold meetings relating to our products and systems here. The refreshment bar and group seating often proves to be the venue for lively discussion about new approaches and collaborative ventures.

Expo (approx. 220 m2)

The space is divided into three different areas:

When visitors enter, they can find out a great deal about Eternit (Schweiz) AG, its history and process arrangements. Opposite this section is the storage area for samples of all roofing and façade products. The rear section contains reference objects, arranged on room-height photo-partitions, together with the associated façade sections, shown as a 1:1 model. This ever-changing gallery always displays current solutions relating to roof coverings and façade claddings.

The consultation table and presentation lecture stand at the centre of this space. All the necessary presentation equipment (audio and video) is built in to the room. The internal documentation and current colour range is also available on A4 panel samples in this room. Advising customers is a highly efficient process in this environment. The central area is flanked on both sides by sliding partitions showing the full variety of roofing and façade products, together with their laying methods, formats and colours.

26 sliding partitions with a 280x160 cm format are available to show the façade products, and all of these partitions are equipped on both sides with design ideas. Panels with small, medium and large formats are on display, as well as corrugated panels. Material combinations, joints and fixings also form the subject of displays to demonstrate modern solutions. We also offer attractive options for fire protection and acoustics.

There is a selection of 23 inclined sliding partitions to demonstrate roofing products. Traditional and modern roof coverings are all brought together here, from the sub-roof, via roof slates and corrugated roof tiles to integral roofing systems and the Sunjoule solar roof (photovoltaics).

The focal point of this space is an overview of products and an illustration of the variety of applications for fibre cement products.
